WHAT ARE EXOSOMES?
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles. They are 1/1000th the size of a cell and are a-cellular containing no DNA, nucleus and/or cellular debris providing cell-free cellular therapy.

WHERE DO EXOSOMES COME FROM?

HOW DOES EXOSOME THERAPY COMPARE TO PRP/STEM CELL THERAPY FOR HAIR LOSS?
Our physicians and patients report that results with exosome therapy is appearing to be very effective in hair loss patients.
The exosomes have a different profile and higher concentration of the important elements needed for cell-to-cell communication. Specifically, the MSC exosomes have been shown to contain Wnt3a which activates the Wnt/Bcatenin pathway critical to hair regeneration. Therefore, the body does not have to clear out any of the other elements as may occur with PRP/Stem cell treatments.
HOW IS EXOFLO™ GIVEN FOR HAIR LOSS?
The technique is similar to PRP treatment for hair loss in that the exosomes are delivered to the area of thinning hair or loss by injections, and the procedure is completed in office.
